Herbed Yogurt Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. nonfat yogurt
    1 c. nonfat Ricotta cheese
    3 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
    1 Tbsp. fresh chives
    1 tsp. fresh oregano
    2 cloves garlic
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Drain yogurt in strainer (cheesecloth).
    Refrigerate covered for 4 hours (should end up with 1 cup yogurt).
    Combine the drained yogurt with the rest of ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
    Store in fridge and serve with bread or crackers; chilled or at room temperature.
    One-fourth cup equals 76 calories, 2 grams fat.
