Potato Puff Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. hot, mashed potatoes
1 pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 egg, beaten
1/3 c. frozen, minced onions
1 (2 oz.) jar pimentos
1 tsp. salt
pepper to taste
Preparation

Blend softened cream cheese into hot potatoes.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Bake in a 1-quart casserole at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Serves 6.
