Skillet Lasagna - cooking recipe

1 lb. ground beef
1 pkg. dry spaghetti sauce
1 lb. 6 oz. container cottage cheese
10 oz. pkg. uncooked lasagna noodles
1 1/2 tsp. parsley flakes
28 oz. can tomatoes
2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation

Brown meat lightly in electric skillet at 325\u00b0.
Sprinkle half of the dry spaghetti sauce mix over the meat.
Layer 1 layer of noodles over meat, layer cottage cheese over the noodles, then put another layer of noodles over the cottage cheese.
Sprinkle remaining spaghetti sauce, parsley flakes, salt and 1 cup shredded cheese over the mixture.
Add tomatoes and water.
Cover tightly and set skillet temperature at 225\u00b0.
Cook and check in 30 to 35 minutes or until noodles are done.
Sprinkle remaining Mozzarella cheese over top.
Cover, turn off skillet and let stand for 10 minutes or until cheese melts.
