Viva La Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 whole chicken breasts (save chicken stock)
    1 doz. corn tortillas
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 onion, grated
    1 c. milk
    1 (7 oz.) can Ortega green chili salsa
    1 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Wrap whole chicken breasts in foil; bake at 400\u00b0 for 1 hour. When cool, bone, skin and cut in pieces.
    Cut tortillas in 1-inch strips.
    Mix soups, milk, onion and salsa.
    Grease large 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Put 2 tablespoons broth in bottom of pan. Alternate layers of tortillas, chicken and soup mixture.
    Top with cheese; cover and refrigerate 24 hours to allow flavors to blend. Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
