Lemon Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. water
    3 egg yolks, beaten
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 c. lemon juice
Preparation
    Combine sugar, cornstarch, flour, salt and water in double boiler.
    Dissolve all cornstarch and flour. Add beaten eggs, slowly stirring in.
    Also add butter and lemon juice, stirring all the time.
    When thick, pour into pie shell.
