Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. (1 stick) butter
    2 eggs
    1 1/8 c. sugar
    3 c. flour
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    pinch of baking soda
    1 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. blueberries
    sugar (as needed)
Preparation
    Cream butter, eggs and sugar.
    Reserve 3 tablespoons flour.
    In separate bowl, combine remaining flour, baking powder, salt and baking soda.
    Add vanilla to milk.
    Alternately add milk and flour mixture to creamed butter and egg mixture.
    Place berries in separate bowl; sprinkle with reserved flour and turn gently with spoon until berries are lightly coated.
    Fold berries into batter. Fill 2 (12 hole) greased (or use paper muffin cups) muffin pans 2/3 full and sprinkle tops with sugar.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes, until tester comes out clean.
    Makes 24 muffins.
