Burrito Roll-Ups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    3 to 4 green onions, chopped
    2 tsp. cumin
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    dash of black pepper
    flour tortillas
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients (except tortillas), beating until smooth.
    Spread thin layer on each tortilla and roll up, jelly roll style.
    Place on cookie sheet; freeze for about 20 minutes. Slice and secure with a toothpick.
    Dip in picante sauce for extra South-of-the-Border flavor!
