Ingredients

1 boneless chuck roast, about 2 lbs., cut into cubes
1 c. Masa Harina (corn flour)
3 Tbsp. ground chili powder
4 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 lb. ground pork
1 c. chopped green bell pepper
1 chopped onion
1 can chicken broth (14.5 oz.)
1 can beef broth (14.5 oz.)
1 can diced green chilies (4 oz.)
2 Tbsp. jalapeno (optional)
1 can tomatoes with juice (28 oz.)
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. ground cumin
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 Tbsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper, to taste
1/4 c. chopped fresh cilantro
Preparation

In a large bowl, combine the Masa Harina with 1 Tbsp. of the ground chili. Dredge the cubed beef in this mixture.
