Texas Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
1 medium green pepper, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
3 (15 1/2 oz.) cans red beans (undrained)
2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
1 to 2 Tbsp. chili powder (optional)
2 tsp. salt
Preparation
-
Brown beef, onion, green pepper and garlic; drain fat. Add to beans, tomato paste and other ingredients. Simmer, uncovered, for 30 minutes.
