Tortellini Minestrone - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (10 1/2 oz.) cans beef broth
1 (16 oz.) bag frozen cheese tortellini
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can white kidney beans
Italian seasoning
1 (16 oz.) bag frozen mixed cauliflower, zucchini, carrots and red peppers
instant tomato bouillon or 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can Zesty tomato soup
5 soup cans water
Preparation

Heat beef broth, tomato and water to boiling.
Add tortellini; cook for 15 minutes after return to boiling.
Add frozen vegetables; return to boil and cook for 15 minutes.
Add 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning and white kidney beans.
Cover; lower heat to low.
Steam for 10 minutes.
Serve with bread sticks or a garlic bread, toasted.
