Artichoke Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (6 oz.) jars marinated artichoke hearts
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 small onion, finely chopped
    4 eggs
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. Tabasco sauce
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/8 tsp. oregano
    2 Tbsp. parsley, minced
    2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    1/4 c. Italian-style bread crumbs
    parsley
Preparation
    Drain marinade from artichokes and reserve.
    Chop artichokes. Saute onion and garlic in marinade for 5 minutes.
    In a separate bowl, beat eggs.
    Add all other ingredients to eggs.
    Bake in a greased 9 x 9-inch pan at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Cut into 1 1/2-inch squares and serve hot.
