Summer Squash Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. yellow squash, sliced
1/2 c. margarine, melted
1/4 c. chopped onion
8 oz. pkg. seasoned stuffing mix
1 can cream of mushroom soup (condensed)
1 c. carrots, shredded
1/2 c. sour cream
Preparation

Cook sliced squash; drain.
Combine soup and sour cream.
Stir in carrots, drained squash and onion.
Combine stuffing and melted margarine.
Spread half of stuffing on bottom, then place vegetable mixture and stuffing on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
