Greek Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head iceberg lettuce
    1/2 lb. Feta cheese
    2 tomatoes, diced or wedged
    1/2 c. black olives
    pepperoni (for garnish)
    1/4 c. wine vinegar
    1 c. olive oil
    2 cloves diced fresh garlic
    salt, pepper, lemon juice and sugar to taste (optional)
    oregano to taste
Preparation
    Break lettuce leaves into small pieces and place in large salad bowl.
    Add tomatoes, black olives and crumbled Feta cheese. Combine wine vinegar, olive oil, garlic and oregano.
    Pour over the salad the toss lightly.
    Garnish with pepperoni and olives, if desired.
