Lemon Tarts - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            1 c. sugar
 
1 c. butter
pinch of salt
juice of 3 lemons
rind of 2 lemons, grated
3 eggs, separated
12 tart shells, unbaked
Preparation
- 
                            Cream the butter, sugar and salt. Add lemon juice and rind. Add egg yolks, slightly beaten.
 
Fold in stiff egg whites.
Pour into unbaked tart shells.
Bake in
a 350\u00b0 oven until set.
