Crawfish Jambalaya - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. peeled crawfish
    4 c. cooked rice
    2 Tbsp. crawfish or more
    2 cloves garlic
    1 1/2 c. chopped onions
    1 stick Mazola oleo
    1 bunch green onions, chopped
    jalapeno peppers
    2 ribs celery, chopped
    salt
    pepper
    1 pkg. Manda's hot sausage
Preparation
    Cut sausage in small pieces.
    Brown in microwave oven on High. Saute jalapeno peppers, garlic, onions and celery in oleo in large pot.
    Add peeled crawfish tails, fat and sausage.
    Season highly.
    Cook for 30 minutes over low fire.
    Add chopped green onions and rice, mixing well.
    Cook for 5 more minutes.
    Serve hot with French bread and green salad.
