Italian Egg Croquettes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs
    5 heaping dinner Tbsp. bread crumbs
    3 heaping dinner Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
    salt and pepper
    dried parsley flakes (approximately 3 Tbsp. +)
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients.
    Add eggs (moist batter as in pancakes). Drop into hot oil in skillet until shaped and firm.
    Turn and fry on second side.
    Drop croquettes into hot spaghetti sauce.
    Cook about 2 hours.
    (If batter thickens, add milk to thin.)
