Ingredients

1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
2 c. complete pancake mix
1 1/2 c. water
Preparation

Combine pecans, vanilla, cinnamon and pumpkin pie spice in a small bowl.
Mix until pecan pieces are well coated with flavorings.
Add dry pancake mix and stir to combine.
Slowly whisk water into pancake mix until smooth.
Preheat nonstick skillet to 375\u00b0 over medium-low heat.
Pour 1/4 cup of batter per pancake onto lightly greased skillet.
Flip when pancakes begin to bubble (1-2 minutes per side) or until golden brown.
