Sour Cream Cheddar Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    2 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. melted butter
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 small can evaporated milk
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Place in a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Cover with 2 cups crushed corn flakes; drizzle with 1/4 cup melted butter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
