Cheese Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
    1 c. sugar
    1 envelope plain gelatin
    1 c. Cheddar cheese
    1/2 pt. whipping cream
    1 tsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Stir together pineapple and sugar.
    Boil for 5 minutes. Dissolve gelatin in 1/3 cup of cold water.
    Add gelatin to pineapple.
    Add 1 teaspoon vinegar.
    Grate 1 cup Cheddar cheese. Beat 1/2 pint whipping cream.
    Fold in cheese and whipping cream. Chill.
