Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. chicken, chopped
    1 1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1 c. celery, chopped
    salt and pepper
    1 stick margarine
    1 c. water
    1 pkg. herb stuffing (Pepperidge Farm)
    1 1/2 c. milk
    2 eggs
    1 can mushroom soup
Preparation
    Mix chicken, onion, celery, salt and pepper; heat water and margarine together until melted and add to the first mixture. Line large casserole dish with half of stuffing mix. Pour in chicken mixture and spread evenly. Beat eggs and milk together; pour over chicken mixture. Place in refrigerator overnight. Before baking, spread 1 can mushroom soup and top with remaining stuffing mix. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes, uncovered. Serves 8.
