Steak Dijon - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. butter
    4 cube steaks or round steaks
    1 jar brown gravy
    3 Tbsp. half and half
    1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Preparation
    Brown steak in skillet in butter until done, turning once. Remove.
    Keep warm.
    Reduce heat.
    Add gravy, half and half and mustard.
    Heat, stirring until bubbly. Add meat to sauce. Sprinkle with parsley.
    Cover.
    Simmer on low for 10 minutes. Serves 4.
