Baked Caramel Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. butter or margarine
2 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 c. corn syrup
1/2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
6 qt. popped popcorn
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Put half ripe bananas in skillet.
Add honey and brown sugar (amounts vary according to desired sweeteness).
Add approximately 1/2 cup rum.
May add raisins, if desired.
Cook on low heat. Serve over French vanilla cake or ice cream.
