Microwave Twice-Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium potatoes, cleaned and dried
    1/4 c. margarine
    1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 Tbsp. grated onion
    1/2 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste
    3/4 c. milk
    paprika
Preparation
    Prick potato skins with a fork.
    Microwave on High for 8 minutes; turn potatoes over.
    Microwave on High for 8 minutes longer.
    Slice hot potatoes lengthwise; scoop out insides, saving shells.
    Whip potatoes, margarine, cheese, onion, salt and pepper together.
    Blend in milk gradually.
    Spoon potato mixture into shells.
    Microwave on High for 5 minutes longer.
    Sprinkle with paprika.
