Chutney - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 qt. chosen fruit (pears, apples, etc.)
    1 c. chopped onions
    1 1/2 c. molasses
    4 c. cider vinegar
    1 Tbsp. ginger
    1/4 c. pickling spice (in bag and sealed)
    1 Tbsp. chili pepper
    1 1/2 c. raisins
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 cloves garlic
    3 Tbsp. mustard seed
    2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cut circles out of bread.
    Put on slice of onion.
    Mix 1/2 cheese and 1/2 mayonnaise mixture.
    Spread on top.
    Bake under broiler until brown and bubbly.
