Breaded Artichoke Hearts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts
    1/2 c. corn flake crumbs
    1 egg, beaten
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Drain artichoke hearts and cut into halves.
    Dip pieces into egg and coat in crumbs on all sides.
    Place artichoke pieces on a nonstick cookie sheet and heat until broiler until brown on all sides, about 15 minutes.
    Remove.
    Season and let cool.
    Serve.
