Tom Wayman'S Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground meat
    2 lb. top sirloin, cut in pieces
    3 green peppers
    3 onions
    3 garlic cloves
    1/2 c. parsley
    3 (1 lb.) cans tomatoes and liquid
    1/4 c. chili powder
    2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 tsp. cumin
    1 Tabasco sauce
Preparation
    Brown meat in 1/2 cup butter.
    Add liquid and remaining ingredients.
    Cook, covered, for 1 hour and uncovered about 3 1/2 hours.
    Very good!
