Baked Red Snapper - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium onion, sliced
1 lb. red snapper fillets
2 Tbsp. salad oil
2 Tbsp. dry white wine vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt
paprika
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Place onion slices in lightly oiled shallow baking dish.
Arrange fillets on top.
Pour oil and vinegar over fish.
Season with salt and paprika.
Bake 20 minutes or until fish flakes readily.
