Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. raw apples
1 1/2 c. cooking oil
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. pecans, chopped

Preparation

Mix oil, sugar and eggs; beat well.
Add flour and vanilla, then pecans and apples.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
