Portuguese White Sour Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. whipping cream, whipped
    1 c. water
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/8 tsp. vanilla
    1 pkg. gelatin
    frozen raspberries or strawberries for sauce
Preparation
    In a saucepan, put water and sugar until sugar dissolves.
    Add gelatin and let this cool for a while.
    Add sour cream, vanilla and mix.
    Next, add whipped cream and mix again very well.
    Pour it in a mold and refrigerate for several hours.
    Serve with the sauce and fresh fruit.
