Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. unbleached flour
    1 c. yellow cornmeal
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    3/4 tsp. baking soda
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 1/2 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Add liquid mixture to dry ingredients, mixing just enough to moisten.
    Pour into 8 x 8-inch pan (greased or coated with vegetable spray).
    Bake at 375\u00b0 until lightly browned, about 25 minutes.
