Beef Roll-Ups - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. flank steak
5 strips bacon
garlic powder to taste
favorite meat marinade
Preparation

Pound both sides of steak.
Sprinkle one side with garlic; set aside.
Cook bacon to the \"almost\" crisp state.
Top meat with bacon and roll up jelly roll style.
Fasten with toothpicks to hold and slice to desired thickness.
Marinate by package directions. Barbecue to desired doneness, basting with marinade.
Good hot or cold.
