Four-Cheese Fettuccine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter
    1/2 c. half and half
    1/2 c. shredded Gruyere cheese
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. freshly ground pepper
    1 clove garlic, finely chopped
    8 oz. uncooked fettuccine
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1/2 c. crumbled Gorgonzola cheese
    1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Preparation
    Heat butter and half and half in a 2-quart saucepan over low heat until butter is melted.
    Stir in Gruyere cheese, Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper and garlic.
    Cook, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes.
