E. G.'S Broiled Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 center cut pork chops
    4 to 6 medium potatoes, chopped
    1 (16 oz.) whole kernel corn
    1/4 c. Heinz 57
    black pepper, garlic powder, paprika, Tony's creole seasoning, Worcestershire to taste
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Place water in bottom of broiling pan. Place sheet of aluminum foil on broiling pan.
    Arrange pork chops and potatoes on aluminum foil.
    Pour corn on top of pork chops and potatoes.
    Sprinkle dry ingredients to taste.
    Pour Heinz 57 over mixture.
    Shake Worcestershire to taste.
    Cover with aluminum foil and seal closed.
    Bake 1 1/2 hours.
