Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 10 medium potatoes, boiled or baked and mashed
    1 c. sour cream
    1 tsp. Lawry's seasoned salt (I use a bit more)
    1/4 lb. butter
    1 tsp. parsley flakes
    1 can cream of chicken soup
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and put in casserole.
    Bake 30 to 35 minutes in 325\u00b0 oven.
    Last 10 minutes, sprinkle with Cheddar cheese.
