Crabmeat Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 Tbsp. butter
3 Tbsp. flour
2 c. milk
2 Tbsp. minced onion
1/2 tsp. celery salt
1 Tbsp. minced parsley
1 Tbsp. minced green pepper
1 pimento, minced
2 Tbsp. sherry
1 egg, beaten
dash of hot sauce
1 tsp. salt
dash of black pepper
1 lb. fresh crabmeat
bread crumbs
1 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Make white sauce of butter, flour and milk; then add next six ingredients.
Remove from heat.
Add sherry.
Add little hot sauce to egg; then add egg to rest of sauce.
Add hot sauce, salt, pepper and crabmeat.
Put in 1 1/2-quart casserole; sprinkle top with bread crumbs, mixed with 1 tablespoon melted butter.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
Serves 6 to 8.
