Apricot "Forever" Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (12 oz.) pkg. dried apricots or 8 oz.
1 1/2 c. water
2 (3 oz.) pkg. orange gelatin
1 Tbsp. plain gelatin
1 c. hot water or fruit juice
1 small can crushed pineapple
1 c. chopped walnuts or 1 c. coconut
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation

Cook apricots in 1 1/2 cups water until very soft, using juice and adding water if necessary.
Stir apricots until almost a pulp.
Dissolve gelatin in hot water or juice.
Add remaining ingredients and stir until well mixed.
Pour into greased mold and congeal.
Serves 12.
