Norwegian Pancake - cooking recipe

4 Tbsp. butter or margarine
4 eggs
1 c. milk
1 c. flour
Preparation

Melt butter or margarine in a casserole dish in 375\u00b0 oven. Blend eggs 1 minute. Add milk and blend 1 minute. Add flour and blend 1 minute. Pour egg mixture into hot melted butter or margarine and bake until done. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
