Italian Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. hamburger
    1 1/2 c. cracker crumbs
    1 8 oz. can tomato sauce
    1 tsp. oregano
    1 c. chopped onions
    dash salt
    dash pepper
    1 egg 2 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together, except only use 1/3 c. of tomato sauce.
    Save the rest for later.
    Pat meat mixture out on aluminum foil.
    Roll into long rectangle approximately 3/4 inch deep then add mozzarella cheese on top.
    Pat cheese down into meat to hold in place.
    Raising the aluminum foil, start rolling meat, cheese mixture into a roll.
    Pinch ends together sealing cheese inside and place in loaf pan.
    Cook at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Drain, then pour rest of tomato sauce over meat.
    Cook 15 minutes.
