Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 1/4 c. oil
    2 c. white sugar
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. nuts
    3 c. chopped apples
Preparation
    Mix all dry ingredients together, then add oil and eggs.
    Mix well, then add nuts and chopped apples.
    Pour into greased 9 x 12-inch cake pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
