Everest'S Cherry-Strawberry Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box strawberry cake mix
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/3 c. Crisco oil
    1 stick margarine
    1 c. grapefruit juice
    4 eggs
    1 (20 oz.) can cherry pie filling
Preparation
    Cream together the oil and margarine.
    Add cake mix, lemon juice, baking powder, eggs and grapefruit juice, then mix for 3 minutes on low speed.
    Pour half of the mixture into a well-greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Spread half of the pie filling over that and then the rest of the mixture on top.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 33 to 36 minutes. Cool and spread remaining pie filling over top.
