Corn Bread Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. corn meal
    1/2 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/3 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    1 egg
Preparation
    In small bowl, combine dry ingredients.
    Cut in butter until mixture is coarse.
    In small bowl, combine milk, parsley and egg. Add to dry ingredients; stir to moisten.
    Spread over chicken mixture.
    Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, until bubbly.
