Scalloped Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can tomatoes
    1/2 green pepper, diced
    1/2 onion, diced
    1/4 to 1/2 c. chopped celery
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Mix ingredients together and pour into 1-quart greased casserole.
    Break 1 package saltine crackers and mix with 3/4 stick margarine (melted) and enough milk or cream to moisten. Place on top of casserole and sprinkle with pepper.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
