Parsley Buttered Carrots - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
2 c. carrots, sliced into 1/3 to 1/2-inch pieces
1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
Preparation

Place butter in 1-quart casserole.
Heat on Full power in microwave for 30 to 60 seconds or until melted.
Stir in carrots and parsley flakes; mix well.
Cook, covered, on Full power for 4 to 6 1/2 minutes or until tender.
