Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 pork sausage or ground meat
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 tsp. red pepper
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 Tbsp. ketchup
    1 egg, beat well
    2 Tbsp. hot picante sauce
    12 cracker crumbs
    1 medium onion, chopped fine
    3 cloves garlic
    1/2 large bell pepper
    1 rib celery, chopped fine
    celery, pepper and garlic, chopped real fine
Preparation
    Make loaf what your one hand can hold.
    Roll in flour and brown.
    Put in roaster pan.
    Make gravy with one glass water, 1/2 can beef broth, 2 teaspoons flour and 1 tablespoon Kitchen Bouquet. Mix together.
    Pour over meat loaf.
    Cook 1 hour in the oven at 350\u00b0.
    You can use tomato for the gravy.
