Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups oil
2 cups sugar
2 eggs
3 cups flour
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp salt
1 tsp soda
1 tsp vanilla
3 cups freshly chipped apples

Preparation

Sift dry ingredients.
Add to creamed mixture.
Add apples. Bake in greased and floured tube pan at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
