Stoup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 to 3 lb. round steak
4 c. beef bouillon
1 medium white onion
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. chili powder
2 bay leaves
1 1 lb.) can tomatoes, cut up
1 c. diced celery
6 carrots, sliced
6 potatoes (medium), diced
1 (15 oz.) can whole kernel corn
Preparation

Cut beef into bite-sized pieces and cook in soup kettle until brown.
Cover meat with bouillon and add onion, Worcestershire sauce, chili powder, bay leaves and tomatoes.
Cover and simmer an hour.
Add carrots and cook 20 minutes.
Add potatoes and corn. Simmer until potatoes are tender.
