Buttermilk Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. buttermilk
1/2 c. Bisquick baking mix
1/3 c. margarine
1 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs

Preparation

Grease a 9 x 1 1/4-inch pie plate.
Beat all ingredients until smooth, 1 minute with hand mixer; beat on high.
Pour into plate. Bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for about 30 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
