Ham And Sausage Jambalaya From Dudley'S - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. smoked sausage
    2 c. rice
    1/2 c. celery, diced
    1/2 c. green onions, chopped
    5 cloves garlic, diced
    1 tsp. salt
    1 lb. smoked ham
    1 (15 oz.) can tomatoes
    1 large onion, diced
    1/2 c. parsley, chopped
    1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
Preparation
    Combine tomatoes, seasoning and cut pieces of ham and sausage. Mix cooked rice into mixture with fork.
    Add green onions and parsley.
    Cook on low heat for 10 minutes.
