Blue Cheese Dip For Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 garlic clove, crushed
    3 Tbsp. chives
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 c. Roquefort or imported Blue cheese
Preparation
    Blend all ingredients in a bowl.
    Cover and refrigerate at least 2
    hours.
    Thin with vinegar if necessary.
    Very good with crisp, raw vegetables.
