Mashed Potato Yeast Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. mashed potatoes
    1 pkg. yeast
    1 1/2 c. warm water
    2/3 c. sugar
    1 1/2 Tbsp. salt
    2/3 c. shortening
    2 eggs
    1 c. lukewarm water
    7 to 7 1/2 c. all-purpose plain flour
Preparation
    Prepare potatoes and let cool.\tDissolve yeast in 1 cup lukewarm
    water;
    set
    aside.
    Take
    1 1/2 cups warm water and shortening;
    dissolve
    in
    large bowl.
    Add eggs, sugar, salt, yeast and
    mix together.
    Add flour and knead for 5 minutes on floured
    board.
    Refrigerate
    for
    8
    hours.
    Roll out and let rise for
    3 to 4 hours in warm dry place.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown.
